Cancelation Policy

We understand things happen. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policy will be honored.

We require 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment. This allows someone else the opportunity to schedule. If you're unable to give the required 24 hour notice or you are a 'no-show' for your appointment, you are responsible for a cancelation fee which is 50% of the cost of your scheduled service.

If you are experiencing Covid19, respiratory or flu symptoms (fever, chills, sore throat, cough, muscle aches and/ or shortness of breath), within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us to cancel your appointment with no penalty.
