Do I have to be completely undressed?

The short answer is NO. You can undress to your level of comfort. Some people completely undress, and some will leave their underwear on. Either way, you are ALWAYS covered with a sheet or blanket.

If your therapist is working on your back, only your back will be uncovered. Your modesty is protected at all times.

I am afraid to get a massage because I am embarrassed of my body.

We are not here to judge you, and we don't. We are massage therapists because we care about YOU and your well-being, not how you look.

We don't care about your weight, if you have back hair, scars or if you forgot to shave your legs. No need to feel self-conscious with us.

Frequently Asked Questions and Information

Should I make conversation?

Some people prefer to talk, and some like to quietly zone out or fall asleep. Your therapist will take the cue from you.

There are some treatments like Deep Tissue or Sports Massage that do require some feedback on pressure while working deeper layers of muscle.
